Its mostly focused on helping you keep track of the various steps in a monitored fertility cycle like Intrauterine Insemination (IUI) or In Vitro Fertilization (IVF), but it can also help by tracking your periods and ovulation cycles even if youre trying to get pregnant on your own.
You can use Fingers Crossed to help manage any assisted or monitored fertility treatment, including IUI, IVF, frozen embryo transfer, egg donation, embryo cryopreservation (freezing for later use), and timed intercourse. These cycles often have complex protocols involving multiple doctor visits for scans and blood tests, medication, at-home ovulation triggers, cycle (period / menses) monitoring, and ovulation tests. With Fingers Crossed, you can keep all of this in one place, where you can see on a calendar whats coming up, keep track of your cycle history, monitor your period frequency and predicted cycle start dates, stay in sync with your doctors office when they schedule you for scans, get reminders to take medication, and much more.
While the app is mostly focused on fertility treatments managed by a doctors office or fertility clinic, you can also use it to help monitor your own cycles if youre trying to conceive on your own (unassisted).
